One of the great benefits of being part of a community is that when you participate, you are demonstrating that you matter. You matter to Autodesk and more importantly, you matter to your fellow community members. Nowhere is that more evident is when you get to contribute to, and participate in, the development of the products themselves.
In the past, you’ve been able to influence the design of products through channels like the LABs community, you can Suggest a Feature, and you can participate in the Beta Feedback program, Now, not only can you influence the design of products, your contributions can be an integral part of the product, instantaneously, through Wiki Help.
Check out the new Wiki Help for Autodesk products. Contribute your content and your way of doing things in a real-world, professional environment. You'll be adding to the collective intelligence of the community and helping millions of users; and it will be your images and words that people will be reading. How cool is that?
So start contributing by adding your videos, tutorials, comments, ratings, tags, tips, instructions, and links. Be recognized as the expert. Check it out!

Very clever!
You give your audience a great way to contribute to your product, which is - in a certain way - 'free' R&D, but it also builds their 'social capital' which makes them more likely to return.
Looking forward to read more of your writings, Ray!
